Is it possible to revive cedar or cypress trees?

After cleaning the cedar of broken branches, spider webs, bird nests, etc., apply 1 liter of DARK GREEN (covers approx. 30 m of hedge 2 m high, depending on the condition of the plant).
For application wear gloves and protection (dye product). Then, spray the “plant paint” on your hedge (or other plant support) and let it dry.
