1 - Which products are guaranteed?
All products supplied by the seller are covered by the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the civil code. If a product sold is not compliant, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
All claims and exchange or refund requests must be made within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date.
2 - Who should I contact about the warranty service?
Customers are invited to contact TENDANCE'HERB, either by email at email@example.com or by phone at (0)5 82 95 46 28. TENDANCE'HERB will endeavor to find a solution to the problem.
3 - Can I exchange or return an item?
Buyers have a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without cause and without penalty within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the items to return the product (in its original packaging, unopened, unused, unmodified, unwashed, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, employment notices and documentation) to the seller for exchange or refund.
Customers are encouraged to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating their invoice reference, the details of the products they wish to return, and the reason for the return.
The return must be made by colissimo accompanied by the invoice number to the following address:

4 - Are there some cases where a guarantee is not provided?
The warranty ceases if the buyer has opened or used the product and stored or handled it contrary to instructions or the safety data sheet. For example: using products on wet supports or during high wind is a condition of exclusion from the warranty.
